Posted March 16, 2008
Baltimore — (TFN): Real estate investors still are not seeing the bottom in the U.S. housing market. But just at the gates of the U.S. coast, there are great bargains to be had on Carribbean beach properties.
Tourism is soaring. Donald Trump is building a $1.5 billion resort, and the Westin is developing an even more expensive resort on its powdery, white beaches. With the opening of a new airport, this undervalued real estate is selling fast. Bargains abound on the Dominican Republic’s Samana Peninsula. Snap them up while you still can!
TFN’s Krista Das has once again invited International Living’s top property specialists to tell you about where you should look for these opportunities.
