Baltimore — (TFN): Fortaleza is home to some of Brazil’s best beaches and prices are on the move. Tourism has jumped by 25% in just two years and is now the number one Brazilian tourist destination. With direct flights from Europe, Europeans have been retreating here for years. Interestingly enough, however, beachfront lots start at just $16,500 and ocean view homes begin at only $50,000. Europeans have caught on to these prices and are already buying up property. Invest in this beachfront real estate before the rest of the U.S. catches on.
