Baltimore – (TFN): As global real estate prices roared ahead over the past 10 years, yields compressed. We were happy to take less than 5%—sometimes even less than 3%—rental yields per year, based on the expectation of capital appreciation. But there are a number of markets where yields are high and can provide you with an income opportunity.
