However, I am returning from motor-homing on Mexico's west coast (over 100 kilometers SOUTH of Puerto Vallarta) where I drove the length of a 3000+ foot runway that was under construction (on the coast side of Highway 200). Our inquiries revealed that that area was to be developed for the world's "jet set". Someone might miss out buying on the NORTH side when the South side IS under construction !!
