Hope and Change: See if you’re smarter than Hillary

Posted February 28, 2008

Baltimore — (TFN): Remember back in 2000, when Texas governor George W. Bush was asked who the leader of Pakistan was? His inability to answer the question provided weeks of Schadenfreude and newspaper ink for the teacher's pets of the media, politics, and entertainment industries.

But just the other day, Hillary "35-years-of-experience-instantly-ready-to-be-commander-in-chief" Clinton was asked who the probable successor to Russian president Putin would be. Her memorable reply "Medv… Medevd… Medevdeva… Whatever!" will likely not garner as much attention as the flub of Candidate Bush back in 2000. (After all, she's a Democrat and our U.S. media is proud of the liberal amount of slack they cut their own.)

But since Candidate Barrack would rather be making war in Pakistan than in Iraq, maybe we all should beef up on who is who in the new Capitalist miracle engine Russia.
