		<description>Although oil  should rise in the longer term I would expect a short term flattening or drop when the next leg in global de-leveraging occurs and new realistic demand levels are established. Biggest risk I see is political, i.e. conflict or government policy stepping further into  the market. 
Recommendation: Target these companies at a lower entry point.</description>
