Global Stocks Bring Top Returns

Posted June 11, 2008

International and global investing have been dominating the top of the returns charts for the last year, and nothing seems to be changing.

The advent of the oil and gas bubble, the all-but-named recession of 2008 and spiraling commodity prices has put a huge strain on the U.S. economy. Add to that the housing crisis and we have had a very bleak picture in the U.S.

The global markets however, have been screaming.

Baltimore — (TFN): This week we’re looking at the international options recommended by the The ADR Alert. If ADR’s are new to you, there’s no magic here…

ADR’s are simply a way to buy foreign stock without having to go to foreign exchanges. So you can buy a Chinese or German company on the NYSE. It saves a lot of headaches.

The ADR Alert has had a great record for 2008. There are 21 closed positions, including companies like: Allianz, Suntech Power, Telefonica and Silicon Motion technology.

The average gain per play was 28.60%. When I say the international markets have been screaming, I’m not kidding.

The gains were as high as 211% and 160%.

One of the nice aspects of the options of The ADR Alert is that they don’t get you into risky territory with small cap, or for the most the most part, mid cap stocks. It focuses primarily on large cap companies.

Here’s an opportunity to get into the international markets without the headaches of dealing with international exchanges, and the additional risk of small cap companies.

Everything is traded on the NYSE and the gains have been great. It’s as close to a win-win as you can get in the stock business.

If you still haven’t made the transition from the U.S. markets to the global scene, do it now. All trends run their course, this one will to. Don’t wait until the top to get in just in time for the correction. There’s still plenty of room in foreign stocks, but it won’t be there forever.

But not all . . .

One small group of traders has been able to use the recent volatility to take advantage of elite international stocks researched and recommended by Oxford Club Investment Director Alexander Green. For example, while stock market averages both here and abroad have slumped, his new service is still generating double and triple-digit gains.
