Caribbean Real Estate Video Report: Where to look for your own tropical paradise
Posted February 22, 2008
Baltimore — (TFN): Own a piece of the Old Caribbean at bargain prices. Voted as one of the twenty best islands to live on by Islands Magazine in 2007, the sleepy island of Vieques, Puerto Rico is home to world class restaurants and warm waters. Vieques has stayed off of many real estate investors radar screens because it was not until 2003, that the US Navy ceased its military exercises and cleaned up the island for tourism. With several resorts buying up property in this lush, tropical paradise, it is only a matter of time before real estate prices begin to catch up nearby islands like St. John and St. Maarten.
