J.Christoph Amberger assembled one of the world's most successful teams of independent financial analysts at The Taipan Group. He now heads TodaysFinancialNews.com LLC. He grew up in what used to be West Berlin, Germany, and his work and travel have given him firsthand experience of Eastern and Western Europe, as well as North and Central America. Amberger began his career as a freelance contributor to various Agora publications before emigrating to the United States in 1989, when he joined the editorial board of Taipan. In 1991, he took over as managing editor for the publication and assumed responsibility as group publisher from 1995 to 2007. A frequent speaker at international conferences, he is the author of several books, among them Hot Trading Secrets: How to Get In and Out of the Market with Huge Gains in Any Climate.
