Bob Bauman is a former member of the United States House of Representatives from Maryland, (1973-1981) and a member of the Washington, DC Bar Association. He has authored or co-authored six books and has written articles and reviews for The Cato Institute, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, The Baltimore Sun, The Wall Street Journal, and National Review. CNBC has interviewed Bob for his insights on offshore havens.
